They can be transformed into Zombies if hit by the Zombies rotten fluid, which will then cause them to attack you. One section that may cause you some trouble is where the Zombies and Soldiers seem to work together to take you out spawning from both sides of the screen and firing all sorts of projectiles at you, not to mention a few helicopters aiding the enemies, as well.Ĭivilians/Scientist - The civilians can be seen running away from Zombies or sitting on the ground injured. This level is not too hard as the Zombies are slow, but can take a lot more damage then the crabs could from the last level. Now for a battle against a mix of Zombies and Rebel Soldiers in the cold snow. Easily defeated so long as you jump into the Slugnoid before the battle. They can take a lot more damage, fire more toxic bubbles which come at you faster, and melee strike faster.įlying Killers - Killer fish that jump out of water and fly towards you for the kill! Very weak and easy to take out, but to stop them from spawning you will need to destroy the barrel they come out of.Ī huge crab mounted with a Turret and a Cannon. Ohumein-Conga - A much larger version of the Chowmein-Conga, but these ones are red. Huge Locust - These are the flying bugs you will come across they will grab your character and bite him! The bite kills you straight away, but there is plenty of time to take the Locust out before they strike. They will melee you if you come to close and can also fire toxic bubbles. These grenades run towards their potential target and explode, but some if them trip over and blow up on the spot.Ĭhowmein-Conga - Mutated grey crabs. The Slugnoid can jump a pretty decent height and is also equipped with a cannon that fires grenades with little feet. Proving much less useful as, again, you are being pursued by enemies. As for Mission 5, during the mayhem and pressure of trying to constantly escape the cloned zombie attacks, the Slugnoid fires its cannon in the same direction you are walking. In Mission 1, the Slugnoid shoots its main cannon in the opposite direction of which you are walking, which obviously proves useful as you are being pursued by the boss. First found at the beginning of the Mission 1 boss battle, and also found in Mission 5. Slugnoid - The Slugnoid is more like a Mecha.
The weapon fires explosive spheres that bounce across the path until hitting a target or losing their speed, the damage dealt is decent. Sometimes the explosion can take out or damage enemies within the range of the blast.ĭrop Shot - Not a great weapon at all and has provided me horrible support for the Final mission when picked up by mistake. Iron Lizard - A weapon that fires Torpedoes on wheels which rapidly travel across the ground and explode upon impact. Not as powerful as the Rocket Launcher, but the Chaser comes with more ammo and a greater fire rate. The fire can also damage enemies.Įnemy Chaser - This weapon fires Rockets that home in on enemies. Super Grenade - This weapon fires grenades that release a large stream of fire upwards upon exploding after contact with an enemy.
Upon picking up an HMG, you will receive 200 Ammo for the weapon. Pressing "X" once fires a small burst of bullets. Heavy Machine Gun - Fast fire rate and deals a decent amount of damage. Pistol - Default weapon for all playable characters, the Pistol has unlimited ammo but it deals less damage then any other weapon.Īll Power Weapons have limited ammo that can be increased by picking up the same Powerup weapon symbol again and/or ammo boxes. Upon losing a life or being transformed into a Zombie, he will run away and leave you. You will have the pleasure of meeting him during Mission 1 (very briefly) and Mission 2. Once freed, he will follow you and shoot enemies with his Uzi. Utan - A Chimp locked up in a small brown cage. Shooting the backpack or bumping into her will award you with items and/or Weapon Powerups. POWs add to your score at the end of a mission so long as you don't die, upon losing a life, any POWs you had saved will no longer count. POWs - Once set free, POWs award you with Weapon Powerups and items that are worth points towards your overall score. Here's some info on what and who you will come across during Mission 1 (So long as the guided route is followed):
